In simple words, we take your documents, prep them for scanning, scan them, and index them according to what your needs are. We can also provide you with viewing software and quick access to your Documents once they have been scanned. Here are some types of records we have scanned:

We provide complete Prepping, Scanning, and Indexing of your documents. Quality Assurance that each document is scanned and checked. De-skewing, De-speckling, Cropping, and other imaging processes that can make the scanned image even better than the original. 300 DPI is the standard resolution rate we use. We can go up to 600 DPI. Indexing with Data Base Design. Up to 40 indexes per document.

List of some index fields we have done. Examples are: Job Number, Customer Name, Customer Number, Date, Tax ID, and many more.

Destruction of your documents after scanning, or storage for them at our Document Storage Facility. We also have Viewing software we can install for your use.
